Armed with Intent
Being armed with a weapon or offensive instrument with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Up to 7 years imprisonment
Possible Defences:
- No intent to commit offence
- Lawful purpose for carrying item
- Mistaken identity
- Item not an offensive weapon
